Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FEAT mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hayk Grigoryan (Armenia) ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

FEAT provides personalized training programs, workout tracking, strength grading, and fitness challenges. Training plans are generated algorithmically from the information you provide. The Service is a general fitness tool and is not a medical device.

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Training plans, strength grades, and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only and are generated algorithmically from the information you provide.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have any medical condition, injury, or concern. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and safety of any training information before acting on it.

4. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, including in the questionnaires used to generate personalized programs.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

• Premium features require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If you choose a personalized plan, your first 14 days of Pro access are free (the "Pro intro period"). It requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription — when it ends, you can subscribe to keep Pro features or continue on the free plan. The intro period is offered once per account and cannot be restarted by reinstalling the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Refunds are handled by the respective store according to their policies.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including workout logs, challenge attempts, and questionnaire answers ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate your training program on your device, track your progress, show you your history, and (while you have Pro access — during the Pro intro period or with an active subscription) back it up to the cloud so it can be restored on a new device.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or probe the Service;
• Share your account or resell access to the Service;
• Submit content that is abusive, deceptive, or designed to compromise the Service or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Firebase — Google's authentication and cloud-backup services — RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and the Apple and Google app stores). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes that affect the Service.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access would expose us or other users to risk. On termination, the licences granted to you end and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of generated content.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results of training plans or strength grades will be accurate or meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, where Hayk Grigoryan is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
